Long Bio:
Steeltown, for the second year in a row, named BEST LOCAL BAND in Pittsburgh Magazine's Best of the 'Burgh 2021 Readers Poll, is a versatile seven piece "party band" well known over the past 14 years in Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas for playing a surprising variety of danceable rock music from multiple decades and genres. We seamlessly mix Classic Rock, 80's Hair Band, Disco & Funk, Motown, Country Rock, Modern Pop and more (some examples: Journey, Bruno Mars, Motley Crue, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney, Joan Jett, Justin Timberlake, K.C. & The Sunshine Band and even the Beatles and Elvis). Our experience and versatility allow us to tailor our set lists to specific crowds, venues or events. We play regularly at the Pittsburgh area's biggest venues (Crafthouse Stage & Grill and Jergel's Rhythm Grille, for instance) and nearby casinos (Rivers Casino, Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and Hollywood Casino in Youngstown). We also have extensive experience playing private parties, festivals, and special events. We are especially honored to be the musical entertainment at Caesar's Atlantic City for the United Steelworkers Convention. We're billed as Pittsburgh's Party Band, but our goal is to spread fun and a party atmosphere anywhere we go.
